Subscriber AgreementThe rules for using IMZD Player — from billing and acceptable use to what happens if an account is terminated. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
Quick answer: These Terms & Conditions govern your use of IMZD Player — one license per subscriber for the connections listed on your plan, billing that renews automatically unless cancelled, and access that can be suspended for sharing, reselling or abusing the service. Read §4 for billing specifics and §5 for what counts as acceptable use.

IMZD Player is an IPTV streaming application offering live channels, sports coverage, a Kids Zone, and on-demand movies and series across supported devices. Channel availability, catch-up windows and content libraries may change over time and are not guaranteed to remain identical to what's shown on the home page at any given moment.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your region, to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Paid plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are billed for the term shown at checkout on the subscription page. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, your plan renews automatically at the then-current price for another term of the same length.
Your account is licensed for personal, non-commercial use on the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan. The following are not permitted:
The IMZD Player app, interface, logo and branding are the property of IMZD Player and its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, revocable license to use the app — it doesn't transfer ownership of any software, design or content.
Live channels, sports feeds and on-demand titles are sourced from third-party providers. IMZD Player doesn't control their scheduling, availability or regional restrictions, and isn't responsible for content that's removed, blacked out or altered by the originating broadcaster.
IMZD Player is provided "as is." We work to keep streams stable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from service interruptions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate an account for violating §5, for fraudulent payment activity, or for a valid legal request. You can cancel your own account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are posted on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use IMZD Player after that date means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IMZD Player is registered to operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Questions about these terms can be sent through Contact Us. For billing-specific questions, see the Refund Policy first.
No. Each plan is licensed to one subscriber for the connections listed on that plan. Sharing outside your household can lead to suspension.
Yes. Material changes are posted here with an updated effective date, and continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.
Access ends immediately and remaining subscription time is forfeited. Termination for cause isn't eligible for a refund.

Run Speed Test ↗Every subscription service needs ground rules, and IMZD Player's Terms & Conditions are written to be specific rather than vague — one license per plan, clear renewal behavior, and a defined process for suspension. If you're comparing plans before agreeing to these terms, the subscription page lists exact pricing and connection limits for Silver through Diamond.
New subscribers can test the service under the free trial before any billing terms in §4 apply, and the how it works guide walks through setup on every supported device so acceptable-use questions in §5 rarely come up in practice.
Billing questions that go beyond these terms — like requesting money back for a specific charge — are handled under the separate Refund Policy, and data-handling questions are covered in the Privacy Policy rather than here.
