§1
Overview
This policy explains when a payment made to IMZD Player can be refunded, the review process we follow, and how to submit a request. It applies to all Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond subscription purchases made directly through imzdplayer.com. Purchases made through a third-party reseller are handled by that reseller under their own terms.
§2
Eligibility Window
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window are reviewed case by case but are not guaranteed. The eligibility window starts on the date your card or payment method was charged, not the date you first logged in.
§3
What's Covered
Most refund requests fall into one of the categories below.
Typically refundable
- Service was unusable due to a confirmed outage on our end
- Duplicate or accidental double charge
- Plan doesn't match what was advertised at checkout
Not covered
- Change of mind after normal use of the service
- Device incompatibility not reported within the window
- Account suspended for sharing or reselling credentials
§4
How to Request a Refund
Three steps, usually done in under five minutes.
1
Fill in the form
Use the refund request form below with your order details and reason.
2
We review it
Our billing team checks your account and purchase history within 2 business days.
3
Get a decision
You'll receive an email confirming approval or explaining why it was declined.
§5
Refund Timeline & Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We're not able to refund to a different card, account or payment method than the one originally charged.
§6
Trials & Promotional Purchases
Free trials from the trial page are not charged, so there's nothing to refund during the trial itself. If a trial converts into a paid plan automatically and you didn't intend to continue, contact support within 48 hours of the charge and we'll treat it as a standard refund request under §2.
§7
Chargebacks
We'd rather resolve a billing issue directly — filing a chargeback before contacting us skips the review process in §4 and can delay a resolution. If a chargeback is filed for a charge that was, in fact, valid and within policy, we reserve the right to suspend the associated account while the dispute is reviewed.
